FRC Team 3459, PyroTech, traveled to ECU in Greenville, NC on Jan 4th to witness the unveiling of the 2014 FRC Game.
2014 Aerial Assist Game Animation
After the game animation and the initial buzz about the game, Team PyroTech undertook the implementation of the 3rd annual Human Player Game (HPG) at the NC FRC Kickoff. Students and mentors collaborated to modify the robot game rules for human play while keeping safety in the forefront of the planning.
Working with volunteers from the FRC Team 2642, Pitt Pirates, and a few add-ons from FRC Team 587, Hedgehogs, we pulled it off yet again! There were approx 130 human players during the afternoon and lots of discussions of strategies and rules.
