Team PyroTech has just finished their first week of build season.  For a summary of the week, here's a video put together by Clark Ivers, a student from the team.

The game is called "Ultimate Ascent" and is a 3-on-3 game where robots try to score as many frisbees as possible in 4 different levels of goals during a 2 minute, 15 second match. The end game is extra points for robots who can climb up a steel pyramid. A description of the game is here:

The team will compete in South Carolina on Feb 28 to March 2 and then at Dorton Arena here in Raleigh on March 15-16.  It's free and open to the public so definitely come and watch!
